ABOUT THE JOB

To ensure every detail is perfectly executed when we turn ideas into reality, we are currently looking for a BIM Architect with 5+ years of experience in participating in large scale BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
What you will do:
Join the project workflows with a complete awareness of BIM methodology and way of thinking
Modeling and producing layouts with Autodesk Revit complying with company internal BIM standards and BEP, as directed by the Project Leads
Preparing accurate documentation throughout all phases of assigned projects
Using modeling best practices to produce quality models and project deliverables
Creating Revit 2D/3D families and contents, if required
Interest in Architectural Detailing or the integration with Interior Design is considered a plus
You will be a strong fit for this role if you:
Hold a degree in Architecture
Have 5+ years of experience in international studios working on high-end cultural and hospitality projects
Bring demonstrated experience in international projects; experience in Middle East regions is a plus
Show strength in design thinking, sensitivity and attention to detail
Have excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly
Speak and write English fluently; Spanish is a plus
Are proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, familiarity with Rhino, SketchUp or similar is a plus
Are rigorous, proactive, well-organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
Feel comfortable to work in a team, coordinating with consultants and engaging with demanding clients
